1. Agreement to Terms / ຂໍ້ຕົກລົງຍອມຮັບເງື່ອນໄຂ

By creating an account, browsing listings, buying, or selling on Lakets ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Lakets ("we", "us").

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Lakets. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration (phone number, name) and to keep your account credentials confidential.

3. Marketplace — Buyer & Seller Responsibilities / ຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບຂອງຜູ້ຊື້ ແລະ ຜູ້ຂາຍ

Lakets is a platform that connects buyers and sellers in Lao PDR. We build trust through verification and moderation services.

Lakets ເປັນແພລດຟອມກາງທີ່ເຊື່ອມໂຍງຜູ້ຊື້ ແລະ ຜູ້ຂາຍ ໃນ ສປປ ລາວ ໂດຍມຸ່ງເນັ້ນການສ້າງຕະຫຼາດທີ່ປອດໄພ:

Sellers agree to / ຜູ້ຂາຍຕົກລົງທີ່ຈະ:

• List only items they legally own and are authorized to sell. (ລົງຂາຍສະເພາະສິນຄ້າທີ່ຕົນເອງເປັນເຈົ້າຂອງຢ່າງຖືກຕ້ອງຕາມກົດໝາຍ)
• Provide accurate descriptions, prices, and real images. (ໃຫ້ລາຍລະອຽດ, ລາຄາ ແລະ ຮູບພາບສິນຄ້າທີ່ຖືກຕ້ອງຕາມຄວາມເປັນຈິງ)
• Fulfil accepted orders and respond to buyer messages in good faith. (ຈັດສົ່ງສິນຄ້າ ແລະ ຕອບຂໍ້ຄວາມຜູ້ຊື້ດ້ວຍຄວາມຊື່ສັດ)
• Comply with all applicable Lao laws, including consumer protection and prohibited-goods regulations. (ປະຕິບັດຕາມກົດໝາຍ ສປປ ລາວ)

Buyers agree to / ຜູ້ຊື້ຕົກລົງທີ່ຈະ:

• Pay for orders they commit to purchase (including Cash on Delivery / COD). (ຊຳລະເງິນຄ່າສິນຄ້າຕາມທີ່ໄດ້ຕົກລົງໄວ້)
• Inspect items upon delivery before completing payment. (ກວດສອບສິນຄ້າກ່ອນການຊຳລະເງິນ COD ກັບຂົນສົ່ງ)

4. Transactions & Multi-Currency / ບຸລິມະສິດການຊຳລະເງິນ ແລະ ສະກຸນເງິນ

Services on Lakets support transactions denominated in Lao Kip (LAK), Thai Baht (THB), and US Dollars (USD).

5. Prohibited Conduct / ຂໍ້ຫ້າມໃນການໃຊ້ບໍລິການ

• Harass, threaten, or defame other users. (ຂົ່ມຂູ່ ຫຼື ກໍ່ກວນຜູ້ໃຊ້ອື່ນ)
• Create accounts using false identities. (ສ້າງບັນຊີດ້ວຍຂໍ້ມູນປອມ)

Reporting & blocking: You can report any listing, profile, or chat message from the in-app menu (tap ⋮ > Report). Our team reviews all reports 24/7 to maintain community trust.

6. Identity Verification (KYC) / ການຢືນຢັນຕົວຕົນ (KYC)

To maintain a trusted marketplace, sellers complete identity verification (National ID / Passport + live selfie). All personal data is protected under Lao PDR Data Protection Law (PDPA).

7. Community Safety & Limitation of Liability / ຄວາມປອດໄພຂອງຊຸມຊົນ ແລະ ຂອບເຂດຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບ

Lakets strives to maintain the safest marketplace in Lao PDR through mandatory KYC verification and active content moderation. Transactions are executed directly between buyers and sellers under Lao PDR Laws.

8. Account Suspension & Termination / ການລະງັບ ແລະ ຍົກເລີກບັນຊີ

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach community trust or violate Lao PDR regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lao PDR.
